I enjoyed my roles and that my projects were relevant. It was a relaxed environment and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I as definitely treated an equal, not just an intern.
What I wish was different
Pinnacle was purchased by ConAgra brands midway through my internship which definitely changed company dynamics / tasks.
Advice
Be confident going into your internships! You will receive better feedback the higher your confidence is.

What I liked
The exposure to their shopper marketing unit and the variety of brand teams.
What I wish was different
Unfortunately during my time there the company got bought so the office and opportunities for me there post graduation were dissolved.
Advice
Get out of your comfort zone and do something different, being a shopper marketing intern was different from anything I had done before so it was a great experience to gain more knowledge.

Accounting Intern

What I liked
The team I worked with was great and very helpful. I got good accounting in the workforce training. However the company got acquired so they will soon be merged with Conagra Foods Group.
