What I liked

Very organized and structured internship. Many opportunities to learn about the company and talk to leadership. They sent us to their HQ in Omaha at the beginning and end of the internship, which was a lot of fun. Everyone at the plant was friendly and welcoming.

I wish I had taken more initiative at the start of the internship and gotten a few more projects.

Advice

Try to meet as many people as you can! There is a lot to learn from everyone at Conagra and setting up 1-on-1s with people really helps

Business Services Intern

May - August 2018 • Omaha, NE

What I liked

I liked that we had summer hours and got off work earlier on Fridays. I also liked that there were a lot of interns so you get a lot of interaction with other students both at work and off work.

What I wish was different

I wish I knew more details about the job going into the internship. I knew I was going to be working in data quality but had no idea what that really meant.

Advice

It's always good to try new experiences with an internship. It may not end up being what you want to do, but any experience is a good learning opportunity.
