Con-Vey has been a great work environment every time I’ve been there the last two years. They weren’t afraid to challenge me with new projects just because I’m young, and they have given me valuable work experiences.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had a little more to do. Because I was their first official programmer, they didn’t always have a full schedule for me, so I was searching out new projects and responsibilities.
Advice
Always ask for more work. Do everything to the highest quality standard you can, but when you have nothing to do ask for more. You never know what kind of interesting project you’ll be given.
