Computing Kids is a program dedicated to bringing computer science education to students in grades K-8 in Greater Seattle. Our teachers guide students to imagine, design, and collaborate as they learn the logic and programming skills to help them succeed in school and beyond. We teach classes in Scratch, Java, HTML, Python, and other related skills.
Our mission is to foster curiosity in students, inspiring them to become active creators rather than passive consumers of technology. We also strive to close the gender gap in tech by making it a priority to give young girls the tools and the confidence to excel in technical fields.
