I love that I have the opportunity to serve God and serve his church with the gift of music.

I wish I had used my time better to reach more people and to have more impactful worship.
Advice
I would tell people that ministry requires people to be willing to give everything they have to offer and the Lord will reward those who are faithful.

What I liked
This church is full of leaders and pastors that are willing to invest in you as a leader of your ministry and just to grow you as a Christian. Also, the people at this church are always so full of joy and love that it's super encouraging to be here. There's a high efficiency work flow here so it's awesome to be with other driven people to get a lot of work done for the church here.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more people doing what I do here with me. There were times where I felt alone in my role but it's good because people even in different roles are willing to come along side you to help you and to encourage you on.
Advice
One pice of advice is for people to invest in the church and in the role here. If there's a lot invested into the church, there will naturally be a ton give back to you. I'm super thankful for all the encouragement and love I've been shown from this church.
