Full-time Assistant to Successful Realtor Partnership

2+ Years Administrative Experience or Recent Grad w/ Required Skill-set/High GPA
Social Media Experience
Microsoft Office and G-Suite Proficiency

Ideal candidate will have all or some of the following:
Quickbooks Experience
Project Management Experience
Real Estate Experience and/or Interest in Business and Real Estate
Real Estate License (for showings and MLS searches but not contract writing)
Bilingual Spanish

Duties will include:
Manage Client Database
Manage Team and Transaction Calendars
Listing Preparation/Project Management
Basic Bookkeeping
Social Media Posts
Some Personal Assistant Duties

Candidate must be trustworthy, dependable, able to work independently, highly organized, flexible, good at time management and have a positive attitude with a growth & gratitude mindset. Clean driving record and reliable car also needed.

The position offers competitive compensation and a friendly work environment. May start as soon as June 10.
