The Community Outreach Group is a part of Planned Parenthood, which operates as a separate organization available to act as a vendor of large-scale advocacy and electoral programs. Immigrant Voters Win is partnering with the Community Outreach Group to mobilize immigrant voters in Colorado in the 2016 elections.
