I love working with the children that I do and the HR, who does so much to help out the staff. There is also a lot of flexibility with what you can do with your clients as well as events that CLS hosts to bring your clients to.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had more than 15 minute breaks in between shifts on some days.
Advice
I would say having patience is the best quality to have for this job. Without it, the days would end up miserable for staff. Another thing to keep in mind is starting every day fresh. If you base your attitude off of something that happened at the last shift, it will not work out well for both the staff and the client.
