I love that Community Interface Services was a fun, and flexible work environment. They genuinely care and are making a huge difference in the community of San Diego. There are not many jobs where you can make an impact in someone's life everyday. While working with Community Interface Services I have seen growth and progress in the participants I work with and that has kept me motivated to do what I do.

I did not have many experiences working with the developmental disability community before working here at Community Interface Services, but this company has done a great job at training me to feel confident and prepared.
