I really liked the fact that it was such an open group of people that all share the same goals as you. The goal is to help as many students as possible and to just allow the students to feel welcomed and happy with school. I also liked the fact that they try to be as flexible as they can with your schedule which was very helpful in my opinion.
What I wish was different
I just wished that the supervisors or the lead tutors on the site would be a bit more happy. I understand that they are just there to do their jobs and they have things going on in their lives, but I believe that all of those problems and issues should be left at home and to just be bright and happy towards both the students and the tutors as well.
Advice
One piece of advice that I would like to share about this experience would be to be patient with the students. Everyone is different and not everyone listens to what you have to say all the time, but these students are human too and they just need a bit more patience and understanding from the tutors.
