I really liked being able to help those in need and be a place that people can count on to get them the care that they need. The people I worked with are very intelligent, helpful, and fun to be around.
What I wish was different
The system they use to keep track of everything takes a bit of getting used to, and there are some things that could be changed to simplify the process, but they are working with developers to implement those changes!
Advice
Be ready to work hard and help others! It can get stressful and feel overwhelming at times, but always go back to the reason that you are there - to help others do something that they cannot do on their own.
