Community Health Alliance (CHA) is a non-profit organization in Roseburg, or serving adults, children and families. Our caring staff work with our clients to evaluate their needs, offer treatment options, and promote recovery by empowering people to create real solutions in their life. CHA provides an array of effective programs and services including: individual, group and family counseling; age-specific services for children, youth, adults and/or families; case management services; skill building; and employment and support programs.
