I loved working with kids and an amazing staff. It was a good experience for my future teaching career.
What I wish was different
Kids should be allowed to pick one more class, the active afternoon was too long.
Advice
Be friendly with the kids and make them feel safe. Develop relationships with them is so important and mutually beneficial. Don't be afraid to be strict when disciplining them.
