I enjoyed working with everyone! I also greatly enjoyed challenging myself with developing an inventory management system and becoming more aware of data privacy issues when it pertains to school systems and really - every day business life.
What I wish was different
I wish I had a helping hand during the roll-out of the new system, but the experience was great and now I know I needed to be more open with others. Instead of an "I got this" attitude, I should've had an "okay, so could you do this while I update the system" attitude. I shouldn't have been afraid of delegating tasks.
Advice
Ask for help if you need it and make sure supervisors are informed daily about project statuses. Maybe create a daily report (or Gantt chart) that tracks progress. Also, don't be afraid of delegating. Of course don't do it frequently, but if you need help - ask for it! They're there for you.
