I loved how guided I was throughout the entire program. I was given the responsibility to manage tasks and complete projects on my own but always knew I had the support of my managers.
What I wish was different
I wish the program were a bit longer. Preferably 10 weeks instead of 8.
Advice
Don't be afraid of asking for things to do! Sometimes it's easy to feel like you've completed all of your daily tasks. There is always so much work to be done that your managers have on their to-do lists. They would love the extra help!
