CCA has a great mission which is definitely carried out through the organization. There is a clear goal to improve patient outcomes and provide quality, equitable care, and I was able to contribute to such goal through my work with analyzing data, creating deliverables, and communicating with my team. The community is strong and supportive as well.
What I wish was different
If it had been a hybrid model - I know this is no one's fault!
Advice
Definitely put in the work and take advantage of all opportunities!

What I liked
I loved the group internship experience, the people I worked with, team outings, the support and the company's goal as a whole. The hours were also very flexible
What I wish was different
I wish there had been better communication and more work to be done.
Advice
Definitely take advantage of this job! Network with others in other departments - they want you to do work but also to meet others, engage with interns (weekly lunch, Red Sox Game) and just have fun. Don't just sit by yourself!
