The culture of the company, the people within my department, and the internship program was well coordinated.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more events with the interns. There was an event that was nationwide, but having more time with the KC interns would have been awesome.
Advice
Network! Everyone at Commerce loves the interns and loves helping others. You can reach out to anyone to meet and they are so willing to do so.

What I liked
Commerce Bank has a community-based culture. They welcome new talents and help them grow personally as well as professionally.
What I wish was different
Though interns had some connections with other departments of the bank, I wish we had more exposure to other services offered at the bank and the opportunity to know more about what it happening in other departments.
Advice
It is a great place to work at. If you are a devoted and motivated worker, and you demonstrate eagerness to learn, you could get a lot more out of it.
