The best way to satisfy guests is to show them that you are trying your best. Even if the problem cannot be solved, the effort is appreciated.

My direct boss is really amazing to me! She constantly is helping us perform and I really have loved working here.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I wish that they would ask our opinions on how to run things, I think that updating policy is important and so is employee feedback.
Advice
You really meet a diverse group of people which can be both a good and bad thing. Not every interaction is great but it is worth it when you meet some really nice people.
