What I liked
I loved working with patients and my coworkers. My facility was always clean and, in the beginning, I felt like there was a lot of room for growth.
What I wish was different
I wish that the management style was different.

I would say to be open to all different types of personalities and experiences because you never know what a shift will bring.

What I liked
I liked being able to use what I have been going to school for and put to action everything that I had learned. I enjoyed learning outside of the classroom rather than in the classroom. I also liked being able to expand my network of professionals I know.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to start earlier and had a more consistent schedule.
Advice
I would advise others in an internship role to try to branch out of their own specific role within a company and ask to shadow other roles and professionals to really understand all of the bones of a company!
