I loved the work environment and the people I worked with. I felt that my work as an intern was valued and others often provided input on how I could grow in a constructive and helpful way. This was my first office job and allowed me to understand and adapt to office culture and communication between managers, departments, etc. Though I was an intern, my work was never undervalued and I was treated as an equal.
What I wish was different
I wish that there were more opportunities relating to my major.
Advice
Workplace etiquette and relationships between coworkers and management is something that should not be overlooked. Who you are to others reflects how they will act towards you and how well you may work together.
