What I liked
The people are great at the Fireflies, I have made connections that will get me further in my broadcast and video career as the broadcast director for every home game.
What I wish was different
I wish I had spent more time outside of the broadcast control room, as I tended to be there away from meeting and interacting with everyone else when I had free time.
Advice
Be prepared for some of the longest work days you’ll ever experience. A 7PM game requires you to be there at 9AM, and games usually end at 11PM. These days would sometimes be 8 days in a row.
