What I liked
I was able to provide significant value to the company and have a meaningful experience that also resulted in receiving a full-time offer at the end of my internship!
I appreciate that from the beginning, my voice has always been heard and taken into account in decision making. The startup environment allowed me to have exposure to and collaborate with other departments like Marketing, Customer Support, Product, etc. which taught me about processes I would have never been exposed to otherwise.
As for the interview process, it felt efficient and straightforward. First-round was a 10-15 minutes call and then the final round was a video interview with senior management.
