I loved the culture at CSR. I also enjoyed the fact that I got to mix my love of photography and web design with my marketing internship. I loved getting to travel all around Cleveland and work with some huge companies on multimillion dollar events. I got to meet some of the business leaders in Cleveland and this internship became not only a job but four months worth of networking opportunities.
What I wish was different
I wish that I was able to finish their website but unfortunately we didn't pick a web design company in time.
Advice
Just because a company is small doesn't mean that you won't like it. There are a lot of advantages to being in a small company including the fact that you get trusted with more project and you can have a lot of input on the projects
