I had plenty of room to learn and grow into the work. Everyone is helpful for when you want to try something new and communication was always nice and clear.

Advice
Taking initiative to implement your ideas is always worth the try! People are open to different promotion ideas here so the worst case scenario is that an idea might not pan out.
