Great experience with diverse children and families from all around the country and the world. It challenged and taught me many valuable lessons about guest experience, historical events, and investing in children.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been a supervisor on site at all times to answer questions and establish guidelines among those who worked the site.
Advice
It will definitely get you out of your comfort zone, but in a great way. I will remember this summer job for my whole life. Costumed fun, working with kids and animals: do that at some point in your life, even if it's not "relevant" to your desired career. I learned so much!
