I got to work on a variety of projects and play an integral role in the Bridges & Structures department. All the work I did was meaningful and allowed me to grow professionally.
What I wish was different
Would have enjoyed more intern specific activities.
Advice
Be open to trying new things and always ask questions when you're lost. The engineers are more than happy to help!

This internship was different than any others I’d had in the past and it wasn’t what I thought I would want to go into, but it turned out to show me my passion, and now I know that I had been wrong before about what job I thought I wanted. It turned out that this internship opened my eyes to what I really want.
