Make the most of your internship—build connections, ask questions, and most importantly have fun! You are there to work but also to learn more about yourself and your future. Take advantage of it!

What I liked

The atmosphere and environment at Collette was amazing, everyone I came across was extremely outgoing and positive, and I could tell they really wanted me to succeed. Additionally, I found there wasn't much stress associated with the internship as they really cared about your experience and the strides you were making. My boss was an extremely intelligent individual and taught me more than I could have imagined going into the internship.

What I wish was different

I wish the pay had been a little bit higher, but they are coming out of a tough time period in the travel industry where business was shot, so I understand. I'm sure if it was a normal time period it would have been higher.
