Very very flexible scheduling. You can make all your own hours and work exactly how much you want and when.
What I wish was different
I got some really tough families. Particularly, under 1 year olds. But you can always ask your management not to get the same family again. If you had a hard time. They always accommodate.
Advice
Make sure you are comfortable with the ages you get prior to getting assignments.
