What I liked
I love Colectivo's mission to locally-sourced food and coffee, and I love how much I continue to learn while working there! My coworkers are wonderful and I enjoy the work I do.
What I wish was different
Scheduling can be difficult with the current roster of staff and management, it's often difficult to find a cover in the case of unforeseen obligations/illness.
Advice
Be open to learning new ways of doing things.

All of the people I work with are really fun and collaborative. Everything seems to be a group effort!

I don’t think that I would change anything.

Just ask for help... sometimes I don’t ask for help because I don’t want to bother anyone but sometimes you just need an extra hand!

What I liked
I loved the environment and the people I was working with. They made the experience fun and enjoyable.
What I wish was different
I wish some of the items on the menu were different or taken off but there ins' much I can do or anyone else to change that.
Advice
Have an open mind! Especially when dealing with customers!
