The people there are fun to work with and are never judgmental when you have questions. The scheduling method they use also allows you to request off weeks in advance.
What I wish was different
I wish management had been different. Sometimes it really wasn't the best environment to work in.
Advice
It is definitely work and you learn something new every day. It may be hard with the management but the crew members and shift leaders are really great!
