I was given the perfect balance of autonomy and support so that I became very successful. The people there were so willing to help me when I needed it and made me feel so welcome. I learned so so much too!
What I wish was different
Absolutely nothing. They were very workable and understanding to try to clear up any issues.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions! A question only becomes a stupid question if you ask it lots of times.
People are so happy and willing to help because you're not expected to know everything!
