What I liked
I am doing real work and getting to see how a small creative agency operates. There is free coffee and tea. I am not treated very differently from regular employees there, it seems. Work is reviewed by the lead copyeditor and feedback is given on every assignment; there is a good amount of freedom. Very reasonable in terms of leaving on time, flexible scheduling.
