I loved working with younger kids. Provided me m with lots of skills, like patience.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more hours per day. But after school programs are only a couple of hours.

Make sure you are on time, take initiative to do tasks with out being told

Be prepared to work harder than you'd think, and be absolutely exhausted by the time you get home.
