Cobalt is a startup and I really enjoyed the startup environment! All the people were welcoming, intelligent, and genuinely made me feel supported.
What I wish was different
I lived quite far from the office, which was in the financial district of SF. Definitely recommend considering proximity when choosing a summer job.
Advice
Don't be afraid to try new things! I had no experience in cyber security or operations, and the internship turned out to be a really great learning experience.
