I like the environment, the job itself gives me the experience I need to get my foot in the door for my further career. I love the coworkers and the task at hand.
What I wish was different
I do wish that the management would be more organized. There are too many people trying to take charge and change the rules too often. This is hard to keep up with.
Advice
If you would work in a job like this. Come in with confidence, be stern and stubborn, and avoid power struggles at all cost. These are people not subjects.
