I absolutely love the culture and the work environment. Everyone there genuinely cares about all the employees and that makes going to work something I look forward too. They were also very patient and understanding as they onboarded me and had to teach me their industry and processes.

Do your research about what a company does even if you do something entirely different it's nice to learn what you are supporting and what you are apart of.

What I liked
I loved the culture of the company. Everyone was very welcoming and good at fostering an atmosphere where you can mess up and it's not the end of the world. I loved going to company meetings with all of the controllers and feeling like my voice could be heard.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have accepted more responsibility. The only negative is that when you are an intern many people treat you as an intern even if it's unintentional.
Advice
Know going into an internship that you will get a fire hose of new information that might take a lot of time to digest. Don't be discouraged if you don't understand everything right at once.
