I really enjoyed the other employees and the enviornment we had. I also found it fun to go to work and be with people, even when it got busy. I additionally really enjoy that my employers let me return during breaks from college!
What I wish was different
Honestly, I wouldn't change very much besides the temperature in the restaurant itself, which was often very hot (during the summers)
Advice
Working in the food industry taught me a lot, especially to be kind and patient with other servers at restaurants. I would advise others to try it out at least once in their life because of the respect it teaches when dining out. I have worked at the restaurant for almost four years now (first two in college, I just worked the summers) and I love returning to it.
