Cloud Capital was founded in 2020 as a Texas-based, privately-owned real estate investment firm. We focus solely on acquiring and renovating underperforming multifamily real estate. Since inception, Cloud Capital has sponsored over $52.0M of multifamily transactions.

Our team is dedicated to acquiring value-add investment opportunities that will generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investment partners. We invest directly alongside our limited partners to align interests.
