I loved the workplace culture, everyone on the team was incredibly helpful and kind. I had unlimited time off and a good work-life balance. I also liked getting to work as a full member of the team and working on many areas throughout the webapp.
What I wish was different
I wish the onboarding process was a bit smoother, but that isn't the fault of Clora because it was during the Omicron flareup and I had to do remote onboarding.

Prioritize open communication! Everyone is here to help you so don't feel scared to reach out to team members for assistance.
