What I liked

Click is a very small and upcoming company with plenty of opportunities for interns to bond with company executives. The Click team is very friendly and supportive. They provide great advice for individual career paths and great opportunities to learn. In addition, the company has multiple components: clinical, technical, and financial. Interns (once they ask) can have opportunities to work with three teams, which allows for a very diverse and well-rounded experience. I learned a lot about how a company works and what my career goals are.

What I wish was different

There are times when the other associates will be very busy and not have time for interns. During this time, interns will work on their individual projects for the majority of the day. However, it all comes in waves. Two weeks later, the business rush may subside and allow for more personal interaction between interns and associates.

Advice

Seek out everything. The Click team is very busy and will not ask you if you want something. If you want to work with the clinical team, ask them. If you want to work with the technology team, ask them. Being a small company, they have many different tasks which need to be completed and the Associates at Click will find a way for you to be integrated in a particular team if you ask them.
