What I liked
I had a great experience working on CCWA's student programming, creating teaching resources for educators. It felt really rewarding to have contributed to tangible products that will be used by students and teachers in Northeast Ohio.
What I wish was different
Advice
Working with smaller organizations is great for the amount of interaction you get with all team members. It's definitely insightful to ask others about their experiences and career ambitions.

I meet dozens of new people from all over the world each week. I loved speaking to them, showing them around Cleveland, and forming connections that will last a lifetime!
