I enjoy the faculty and staff as well as the workspace, the environment, and the satisfaction I get from helping others.
What I wish was different
I wish their was more opportunities for growth and that additional positions would be added. There is a tendency to place as many duties as possible onto singular positions.
Advice
If you maintain a good work-ethic and become friendly with your co-workers things will go well.
