I loved the knowledge I gained about Solar Energy and technology. I learned so much about what it takes to provide people with Clean Energy and what business processes make it possible. It was also amazing learning about SAP ERP systems. This added to my skill set as I move forward with my career.
What I wish was different
As of now, there is not much I would change!
Advice
I would suggest being lively and social! People are simply people and if you are kind and social, they will be happier to work with you!

What I liked
The internship gave direct hands-on experience in human resources. Given that this is a smaller company, I was exposed and able to assist in many projects across the HR discipline. The projects were fast-paced and engaging. Also, working in renewable energy is very rewarding.
What I wish was different
Nothing as of now.
Advice
This is a fast-paced company that can present challenging work, but it's worth every minute for the experience and the people.
