I liked the variety of the projects that I worked on. I analysed Chinese corporate bonds and their issuers, and I wrote a whitepaper arguing why investors should allocate towards the Chinese credit market.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been more prepared beforehand. I study economics but this had not given me the skillset for security analysis which I am now learning (in Investments I) after the summer has passed.
Advice
You need to be proactive in asking for work, otherwise you can end up a little lost between different potential managers.
