What I liked
My department as well as other managers were super great to work with. I had a chance to work with quite a few people, learned how to use systems such as ADP, Agemni, and quickbooks.
What I wish was different
I had quite a bit of lag time, just cuz the more I was learning, the more they would add to my work load.
Advice
Get to know as many people you can, say hi to everyone, ask about their weekend, their interests, it makes your work relationship better.

I really liked that I didn't have to interact with customers. After a lot of customer service jobs, this was refreshing.
What I wish was different
Management was not always the best at communicating their plans, ideas, and expectations with people under them. I wish they had been more clear about what they wanted and had done it in advance.
Advice
This job is good if you are okay with sitting in an office all day and focusing on your work.
