Excellent office atmosphere, COA has a nice, laid back, close-knit work environment. They tasked me with several different roles within the organization which made for a great learning experience.

What I liked
I liked how we constantly worked as a team but each had different roles that brought everything together. I also enjoyed the feedback that the company gave me as an intern and the twice-monthly check-ins I had with the manager about how the internship was going for me personally.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had learned more about email marketing because it was something that was originally in my intern description however we never got to learn about it.
Advice
Ask questions, it helps in the overall learning experience of the internship and it shows that you are willing to always learn more and perfect your skills.
