What I liked
I love working with the kids and doing activities! It’s a very rewarding job.
What I wish was different
I wish we would focus more on having fun instead of getting certain activities done. After a long day of school, kids just want to play and run around. Sometimes I believe it is focused on learning a life lesson instead. I wish there was more of a balance of the two!
Advice
A piece of advice I would share about this experience is to be prepared. This means with lessons and just mentally. It definitely is not easy, but it is so much fun watching the kids grow socially and emotionally!
