What I liked

I like how I was given both freedom to learn with the resources at hand while simultaneously having my own responsibilities to complete. The fact that I was 500 miles from home, gave me a taste of what traveling in the industry is like. The team I was apart of was eager to help me learn without "holding my hand".

What I wish was different

Because I was on a job far from the Clayco offices, I only visited there once for the interview. I believe both Clayco and I could benefit if I were able to visit the office once I was interning there. This would allow me to meet more of Clayco staff/interns and see what it is like working in an office

Advice

Take full advantage of all the experienced people who are around you who you can learn from, while still showing what you are capable of.
