I loved working at a small and growing company. It was very insightful to be able to see the entire development process of a product throughout all levels of the company. Everyone at the company was extremely helpful and very approachable with any questions or problems, making it easier to learn and develop during the internship.

What I liked
I liked how they gave me responsibility immediately. It was not small "intern" work, I was thrown on large tasks and team work that directly helped me gain confidence in engineering.
What I wish was different
Because it was a small company, there was a lot going on and sometimes not a lot of structure. I wish that their was more of a mentor for the interns to show them how to do things in the Clarke Valve fashion, rather than learn from failures.
Advice
It is great internship if you wished to return or not. It helped me gain offers from other companies because it is impressive the amount of work you will do in a short duration.
