I appreciated that the company was understanding of my limited experience, and they still gave me an opportunity to learn and develop my skills as a new member of their team.
What I wish was different
I can't say much here, I don't have anything poor to say about the environment, the work, or my coworkers.
Advice
Be willing to listen. Despite what one may think, one has to be willing to learn to do well. You'll think you're right, but just be able to accept when you make a mistake, you will try and grow from that experience, and your coworkers will appreciate that. Generally, being mindful and respectful to others in the workplace is the best practice.
